When shopping online we all have questions once in a while. Below we have compiled the most frequently asked questions. If you don’t find your answer please contact us  


SHIPPING


All orders placed on this site will be shipped from our showroom in Stockholm, Sweden.


We send all orders within Sweden by PostNord - Varubrev economy. The price is based on the weight of your items and you will see the cost after you enter your shipping details. But don't worry, you do not need to buy anything before you click the "purchase button". Varubrev takes 3-5 business days to arrive.


If you are ordering from another country the best option is to choose DHL. This will allow you to track your order from us to your door. Delivery time for DHL is 3-5 days.  

The option called Spårbart brev utrikes (LA), allows for limited tracking, as its only scanned at the postal office, not by drivers. The delivery time is between 7-15 days, depending on your country.


Please note: Local customs and taxes may occur on International orders (this includes the UK and Switzerland). There are no customs or taxes on orders within the EU. These fees are paid by the customer directly to you local customs. Please check what the rules are in your county before ordering.


Once Bag-all has packed your order and handed the package over to your carrier of choice Bag-all can unfortunately no longer be responsible for it, as it is now in the custody of the shipper. This means that if the package is lost Bag-all can not file a claim in your name, it will need to be done by yourself, nor can Bag-all replace items that have been lost by the shipper. We are truly sorry for this, but Bag-all has no control over the package once it is with the shipper. 

RETurNS


Bag-all will accept returns of any unused items for any reason within 30 days of the purchase, no questions asked. However, products that have been personalized with a monogram can not be returned.There is no reimbursement for the shipping nor for the return shipping. Please return your items together with order number to:

When the items have been received at our store, we will refund the card you used to make the purchase. 


In the case of a defected item, please send a picture of your defected items and include your order number to: hi@bag-all.com.

HOW DO I ORDER A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE ?


When ordering a gift, be sure to enter your email address to receive all summary information, but enter the recipient’s name and shipping information. If you also want to include a handwritten note, email us at hi@bag-all.com with what you want the note to say and reference to your order number.


CUSTOMIZE BAGS



We can help you make bags in various sizes, colors and designs. For more information about how to order customized bags, click “About” and then “Custom”. The minimum for custom printed bags are 300 pieces.


If you want to personalize just a few bags we offer monogramming, ribbon changes and other add-on items. Read more under the tab “Shop - Monogram/Personalize”. There is no minimum for personalizing bags with monogram.

We do not only offer monograms on our own products. You can bring your own items to our store at Roslagsgatan 21 i Stockholm and get all textile products personalized.


We monogram clothes, sheets, towels, backpacks or other textile items. You choose the font, the color and the placement of the monogram. Read more at: monogramma.se 



WHEN DO YOU SHIP? 


We pack and ship orders 5 days a week. Your order will most likely be prepared12-24h from the moment the order is placed. Once it is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?


Since we ship your order within 12-36 hours please e-mail us at hi@bag-all.com as quickly as possible if you need to change your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.






CUSTOM &

 TAXES


When ordering from a country outside the EU, local customs and taxes may occur. These needs to be paid by the customer. Please check with your customs before ordering to get information on local fees.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS


Bag-all's gift bags, tote bags, organizing and travel bags should be hand washed or machine wash on cold. Colors may fade after wash. My cases collection and World traveler totes should all be spot cleaned. Tip! Baby wipes are fantastic to use for removing stains. 


All bags should air dry flat and be ironed on low heat on the opposite side of the print. Store the bags flat with the bottom folded between uses so the bags are ready to be used – and reused – over and over again.
