SHIPPING

Where does Bag-all ship to/from?

All orders from bag-all-europe.com are packed and shipped from our office in Paris, France. We have an amazing (& small) team who pack & ship as quickly as possible! We ship to everywhere in the Europe, as well as internationally. If you are located outside Europe, please check if there is a Bag-all store closer to where you live. Ordering from a local Bag-all ensures quicker deliveries and can help avoid custom fees. Bag-all has stores in New York and Paris, and office in Kuwait with local websites.

What does my order ship in?

Smells like mushroom? Thats right! When we say we are plastic free, we mean it. All orders are shipped on our compostable mailers made of mushrooms that can be biodegraded into organic fertilizer! Pretty cool right? 

When can I expect my order?

We pack and ship orders 5 days a week. Your order will most likely be prepared 12-48h from the moment the order is placed. Once it is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We send all orders with the French postal service, La Poste. If you are ordering from outside of France, your national or local postal service will take your parcel once it enters your country.

Where is my order?

At Bag-all we do our best to make sure your order arrives to you as perfect as we sent it out. Once Bag-all has packed your order and handed the package over to the postal service, Bag-all can unfortunately no longer be responsible for it, as it is now in the custody of the shipper. This means that if the package is lost Bag-all can not file a claim in your name, it will need to be done by yourself, nor can Bag-all replace items that have been lost by the shipper. We are truly sorry for this, but Bag-all has no control over the package once it is with the shipper. Please note that there can be delays in shipping due to Covid 19.

Where is my (International) order?

International packages will generally take 7-17 business days to arrive at your destination. Please note that Bag-all can unfortunately cannot be responsible for your package after it has left France. This is due to the fact that we cannot follow it, nor can we contact a foreign postal service.


Local customs and taxes may occur on International orders (this includes the UK and Switzerland). There are no customs or taxes on orders within the EU. These fees are paid by the customer directly to you local customs. Please check what the rules are in your county before ordering.

RETURNS

How can I make a return? 

If you wish to make a return or an exchange, please email hi@bag-all.com with your name, order number and inquiry.

What is the return policy?

Bag-all will accept returns of any unused items for any reason within 30 days of the purchase, no questions asked. However, products that have been personalized with a monogram can not be returned and are final sale. There is no reimbursement for the shipping nor for the return shipping. Please return your items together with order number to:

When the items have been received at our store, we will refund you to the card you used to make the purchase.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item? 

We are very sorry this happened, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. If you’ve received an item that is damaged or received the wrong item, please contact hi@bag-all.com, and we will address this immediately. To expedite the process, please include a photo in an email. Please note: Bag-all is not responsible for damages incurred by shipping couriers. Please report your damaged item no more than 30 days after you have received it. 

What should I do if I have an issue with my order?

We are very sorry this happened, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. If you have an issue with your order, you will need to file a claim with hi@bag-all.com 30 days within the purchase. 

FAQ

What does it mean when an item is marked as preorder?

When a product is marked pre-order, it means we don’t yet have it in stock in the EU. Pre-orders are a way to guarantee you will receive your new item that may not be ready yet! When you place a preorder, it won’t be shipped immediately to you. They will ship out as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

Ordering a gift for someone else?

When ordering a gift, be sure to enter your email address to receive all summary information, but enter the recipient’s name and shipping information. If you also want to include a handwritten note, email us at hi@bag-all.com with what you want the note to say and reference to your order number.

Can I order a custom bag?

We can help you make bags in various sizes, colors and designs. For more information about how to order customized bags, CLICK HERE. The minimum for custom printed bags are 300 pieces. For custom order requests reach out to elsa@bag-all.com. 

If you want to personalize just a few bags we offer monogramming, ribbon changes and other add-on items. Read more HERE. There is no minimum for personalizing bags with monogram.


What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay and American Express.

Can I change my order?

Since we ship your order within 12-48 hours please e-mail us at hi@bag-all.com as quickly as possible if you need to change your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.


If your order has already been shipped, or if you have already received your products and you change your mind, we are still happy to exchange your products. However, you will need to send back to us the items you wish to exchange, and you must pay for a return label so that we can send you the products you want instead.

How do I care for my bags?

Bag-all's gift bags, tote bags and organizing bags should be hand washed or machine washed on the hand wash program. All our products are printed with eco-friendly, water based, colors as we do not want to use plastic based colors. Since the colors are natural the print will fade a little bit with each wash. My cases collection and totes should all be spot cleaned. Tip! Baby wipes are fantastic to use for removing stains.

Our products are made of 100% natural cotton, which means they will become wrinkled if washed in a machine. Let the bags air dry flat and then iron them on low heat on the opposite side of the print. They become super soft over time:) Store the bags flat with the bottom folded between uses so the bags are ready to be used – and reused – over and over again.
